My order arrived damaged or wrong

We want every order to arrive in great shape. If something is not right, here is what to do.

A shipment arrives visibly damaged

Inspect your order for damage at the time of delivery, before you accept it. If a shipment arrives damaged, refuse it and notify the driver so an insurance claim can be filed with the carrier.

An item is defective or damaged

We replace items that are defective or damaged. Email sales@organilock.com to arrange an exchange - include your order number and, if you can, a photo of the issue. Replacements for defective or damaged items are not subject to the standard 30-day return conditions.

You received the wrong item

If your order is not what you ordered, contact sales@organilock.com with your order number and we will make it right.
