Return window
Our return policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from purchase we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
What can be returned
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that perishable goods - including soil and soil-amendment products, seeds, and food - cannot be returned. Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items are not refundable.
How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
