Where we ship
We ship domestically and internationally, including to military (APO/FPO) addresses and P.O. boxes via USPS.
Processing time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST, excluding national holidays.
Delivery time
- Domestic shipments are generally in transit 2 to 7 days.
- International shipments are generally in transit 4 to 22 days.
Shipping cost
Parcel orders: shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. There is no free-shipping threshold on parcel orders.
Pallet (bulk) orders: free shipping is available through a Retailer or Distributor account - see Wholesale & bulk orders.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to follow its progress.
