Storing your products
- Soil Food: keep it dry in a sealed container and it stays shelf-stable for years. Moisture is the only thing to keep out.
- Refresh: as a dry granular product, store it sealed and dry, out of the weather.
- Plant Food: keep the liquid tightly capped and away from freezing; shake before use if it has been sitting.
Handling and safety
OrganiLock products are made from natural inputs with no harsh synthetic salts, and there is no real burn risk at label rates. Still, treat them like any garden product:
- Store bags and bottles closed and out of reach of children and pets.
- Wash your hands after handling.
- Keep pets from eating the product or treated soil.
- Follow the directions on the product label, which carries the full safety information for that item.
A note on odor
Once it is watered in and dry, Soil Food and the Refresh products are low-odor - they are processed, stabilized products, not raw material.
