Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. You can also sign in to your account on organilock.com to see your order status and tracking. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.
Changing or canceling an order
Need to change an address, adjust items, or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at sales@organilock.com or (270) 326-2006. We will do our best to catch it, but orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have shipped.
My tracking has not updated
Tracking can take a day or two to show movement after a label is created, especially over weekends and holidays. If it has not updated in a few business days, email sales@organilock.com with your order number and we will look into it.
My order has not arrived
Check the tracking link first for the latest status and estimate (domestic shipments are generally in transit 2 to 7 days; international 4 to 22 days). If it is past the estimate or tracking shows a problem, contact sales@organilock.com and we will help track it down. If a shipment arrives damaged, see My order arrived damaged or wrong.
